Personalization and Move-In Coordinator
Fleet Landing's newest Life Plan campus in Nocatee, FL is currently seeking a Personalization and Move-in Coordinator to join the Sales and Marketing Team.
Join our team at Fleet Landing at Nocatee as a Personalization Coordinator and help future residents transition seamlessly into their new homes! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Depositors, guiding them through personalization choices, move coordination, and onboarding into the community. You'll collaborate with interior design teams, construction partners, and vendors to ensure a smooth move-in experience while fostering meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving older adults. One to two years of senior living experience involving customer service and sales is a plus.
